Applicable Terms.

The contractual relationship between us, Sumec UK Co. Ltd (t/a Garden Service Centre), and you the customer, shall be subject to these terms and conditions. Any amendments to these terms and conditions or additional documentation relating to the contract shall only apply if approved in writing by us. We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion.

1)      Formation of Contract.
The goods offered by us may be ordered by you over the internet or telephone. A contract will be formed on acceptance by us of your order. Any orders placed using our website will be confirmed on screen with an order reference.

2)      Price and payment. 
The price of the goods shall be the price at the date of acceptance by us of your order. If ordering spare parts or consumables the delivery charge and price of the goods can be paid for by credit card, debit card or pay-pal. Delivery shall only be made by us against cleared funds.

3)      Delivery.
We will use our reasonable best endeavours to deliver the goods to you within 7 working days of acceptance of your order at the address given to us by you. Ownership of the goods shall pass to you on receipt of payment in full for the goods and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods following payment.

4)      Warranty.  
Garden Service Centre, offers a warranty cover for any genuine manufacturing faults only, over the full period of warranty offered on the product. Should a fault be found then it will be repaired or replaced and returned at no cost to the customer. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, user error or products that have been tampered with. When a product has been misused or tampered with the warranty then becomes void.

5)      Liability.
Our liability to you for the goods shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods. We shall not be liable for any loss of use of revenue or loss of profit by you. The goods are intended for use in the UK and we make no warranties that the goods are suitable for use outside the UK, or comply with any laws, regulations or standards of any jurisdiction outside the UK.

6)      Law and jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according to English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction regarding any claim or matter arising under the terms and conditions.

www.gardenservicecentre.co.uk and www.coreservice.co.uk are sites operated by Sumec Uk Co Limited ("We").  We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07481427 whose registered office is at Unit 7, Clifton Moor Business Village, James Nicholson Link, York YO30 4XG. Our VAT number is 106979974.We are a limited company.

Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party.
